The staff was thoughtful from arrival to departure. I was satisfied with reasonably large and airy rooms complete with balconies, couches plus a fireplace. The morning meal was large.

So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with porches with rocking chairs and interesting artwork, as example I booked was available. Location: the hotel was just next door to the gorgeous scenic mountains and natural forest and Sourwood.

The room was delightful, I really enjoyed that it was complete with interesting artwork and balconies overlooking the lush green mountains, for example. The staff was ready to assist, welcoming people.

The unit was lovely and individual.
It was REALLY GREAT 2 days, will be back. This hotel was handy base for exploring Asheville, greatly enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming and wonderful which made me feel welcome.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the beautiful mountains right above Asheville and the two designated walking paths and SO secluded. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the venue. So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with balconies and a fireplace, as example I booked was available. The breakfasts were scrumptious and enjoyable, always with variety of meals...
